The social media giant Facebook confirmed its rebranding its two popular apps , Instagram and WhatsApp changing the Instagram name to "Instagram from Facebook" as well as WhatsApp would be changed to "WhatsApp from Facebook", to better disclose its ownership of the App.


According to the sources, the employees were notified about the changes, which come as antitrust regulators are examining Facebook's acquisitions of both Apps.
