Elon Musk Shows his support to Dogecoin Fee Change Proposal

Elon Musk has signalled his support for the Dogecoin fee policy change proposal submitted Sunday. Software engineer and Dogecoin developer Ross Nicoll posted on Twitter that "The Dogecoin fee change proposal is up." Musk replied to his tweet saying "important to support."

The policy change to Dogecoin was submitted by Dogecoin developer Patrick Lodder. "This document proposes a new fee structure and policy for dogecoin Core, to be gradually deployed to the network over multiple software releases," his proposal read.

TLDR; This proposal to all dogecoin stakeholders suggests to reduce average fees 100x for strandard trasactions on the Dogecoin chain, split full control over all aspects of fees between miners and node operators, rely less on core development, and bring back a functional (small) fress transaction space that incentivizes keeping the network healthy.

You will recall that Elon Must has been showing interest in supporting Dogecoin and making some adjustment suggestions to the meme project, he tweeted back in May that he was "working with Doge devs to improve system transaction efficiency Potentially promising."

What is your take on Elon Musk move in supporting Dogecoin policy adjustment?
